Sizing Up: If a piece needs to be made larger, additional metal (gold or platinum) will be added to the bottom of the shank.
Additional cost for sizing, up to a half size: $125.00
Additional cost for sizing up more than a half size, requiring a new shank: $250.00
“Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Mid Century & Modern Collections”: Some of these rings are nearly a hundred years old and in mint, or near mint condition. Some are a very small size. If a ring requires more than a half size up, the entire shank should be replaced to ensure structural integrity and avoid distorting the intricate designs. Our goldsmith’s have years of experience and will meticulously replace the shank seamlessly, matching the metal (gold or platinum).
Please do not purchase any ring from any of our collections and take to your local jeweler to be “stretched.”
Sizing Down: A portion of the metal (gold or platinum) band/shank will be removed and the open ends will be seamlessly joined together. This won’t disrupt the structural integrity or design.
